Building Confidence and Self-Esteem

Focuses on helping children build confidence and self-esteem through positive self-talk, visualization, and goal-setting.

How to set realistic and achievable goals that align with their values and interests, and practice positive self-talk and visualization techniques to boost their confidence.

Group activities and discussions to help children identify their strengths and develop a growth mindset.

Developing Resilience and Perseverance

Focuses on teaching children how to develop resilience and perseverance, even when facing setbacks or obstacles.

How to manage difficult emotions and thoughts using mindfulness and acceptance techniques, and practice using positive self-talk to stay motivated and focused on their goals.

Role-playing activities and group discussions to help children practice and internalize these skills.

Communication and Teamwork

Focuses on teaching children the importance of effective communication and teamwork in sports and other activities.

How to work effectively in a team, including strategies for resolving conflicts and supporting each other.

Managing Emotions and Stress

Focuses on teaching children how to manage their emotions and stress before and during competition.

Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to manage stress and anxiety, and practice identifying and challenging negative thoughts and emotions.
