Individual (1-to-1) Consultations

I offer individual sessions for athletes of all levels to help improve their mental skills and enhance their performance. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help athletes develop psychological flexibility, enhance performance and foster overall wellbeing

Services I Offer

  • Performance enhancement - help athletes develop mental skills such as goal setting, visualisation, self-talk and relaxation technique. These help athletes perform at their best under pressure

  • Injury rehabilitation - work with injured athletes to help them cope with the psychological effects of their injury and develop a plan to return to sport

  • Leadership development - Assist coaches and team captains in developing leadership skills such as communication and motivation

  • Mental toughness - help athletes develop resilience and mental toughness to cope with challenges of training and competitions

  • Performance analysis - Analyse athlete performance and provide feedback to help them improve mental skills 

  • Team dynamics - encourage athletes to communicate effectively, support each other and work collaboratively towards share goals

  • Mindset development - cultivating a growth mindset that emphasises effort, learning and resilience

  • Counselling  - help athletes struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression

  • Parents and coaches -  provide ideas on how best they can support athletes mental skills development and create a positive sporting environment
